Mr Yasin Banglawala aimed to better the lives of those who were joined with him. Possessing an urge to improve and an open mind, he reached out for the proper means of growth, mingled his own incentives with those of competition, and moved his company along the road of pioneering. Our story began in 1999 as Mr Yasin Banglawala started his first venture of TATA passenger car, He put TATA passenger car business under the banner of Harsolia Motors on the map by selling 1000 different kind of model cars. In 2003 Neesarg Group got Sub-Dealership of Swati Auto Link Pvt. Ltd. and sold more than 2200 different kind of model cars within a short span of 3 years, spawning a period of steady growth. It was during these formative years the Neesarg Group was born.

"The Neesarg Group has never gone in circles, never followed footsteps, but rather has continually broken new trails, entered new fields, set new records, even raised its own high standards." In 2004 this group got dealership of John Deere Tractor under the banner of Neesarga Tractors at Deesa – the agriculture headquarters of Banaskantha district. Group achieved the sales of 400 tractors between  2004 to 2007 and increased the market share of John Deere from 0.5 % to 10 % by 2008. Neesarga Tractor got dealership of Mahindra Tractor in 2008 for Palanpur and within 10 months they sold 105 tractors and got following awards.

  • Young Achiever-Dealer – 1st Runner-up 2007-2008.
